When we first meet whether in person for your free movement assessment/consultation or over the phone we will lay the outline for our strategy to your goals. For in person clients this means baseline fitness, body composition (using InBody Scan) and movement assessments, identifying strengths/weaknesses in our lifestyle habits and laying the groundwork for a nutrition plan.
Each strength block is in 4 week increments, and we will set specific, measurable goals for us to track our progress against. These goals can be either body comp, strength, fitness, or nutrition based - the tactics for our strength training and nutrition program are designed with these goals in mind.
Every 4 weeks we will check in on our goal progress, with a specific and measurable goal we have real data to measure, assess and create our next course of action. Whether that is making minor tweaks to our program or changing course after accomplising a goal, there will always be something to build towards!
